Vacation Care Adventures Await!

The June/July School Holidays are just around the corner, and we can’t wait to launch into our next exciting Vacation Care Program! Children will explore new places, try hands-on activities, and enjoy outdoor adventures — from Rainforestation in Kuranda to a Strawberry Farm visit and even a morning of fishing at the Stratford Jetty!

News from Freshwater OSHC

Families of Freshwater it is with mixed emotions that I share the news of my resignation from my role as Coordinator at Freshwater State School OSHC. After almost three wonderful years, I have made the decision to begin the next chapter in my journey — stepping into a teaching role.

Caring for, nurturing, and getting to know your incredible children has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am so thankful for the relationships I’ve built within this amazing community, and I will carry many special memories with me. While I hadn’t planned to leave quite so soon, I feel confident that this is the right time for me to embrace this new opportunity.

My final day will be Monday, 23rd June. During this transition, our management team remains committed to ensuring a smooth handover and continuing to prioritise the well-being and care of every child in our service. Cassandra and Talia will be Co Coordinating in my absence as the Freshie OSHC team recruit.
